To protect our lighting products, we start with an industry-leading
Class 'A' finishing process. All machined aluminum components first receive Star-GuardT (pat. pend.), our exclusive eight stage, chrome-free passivation treatment. Sealing the metal substrate is the most important step in preventing corrosion - more critical than the powder coat finish itself.
We then apply a TGIC Polyester Powder Coating over the treated metal. More than beautiful, our finishes are the best protection available for an outdoor luminaire. |
